You will run at least 4 miles on most days, and you may run as many as 10 miles during some runs. This training is designed to prepare you for the first physical screening test, which requires you to run 4 miles in 31 minutes or less. How much money do you make at Air Force basic training?
The Air Force also recommends that you train for the 1.5-mile run by jogging continuously for at least 15-20 minutes at a time. Once you build up your stamina consider bumping up the jog/run to 30-40 minutes, three to five times per week.
