Retrain. The 8-step training model roughly coincides with the Army Troop Leading Procedures (TLP). The Army T-week model provides a framework for synchronizing and institutionalizing the 8-step model within the Army training schedule. The T-week model is detailed in FM 7-0 in Annex H.
